Nothing is more debilitating on your journey to achieving your objectives and pursuing your potential than low motivation. But surprisingly it’s way more common than you think. What are the common reasons for lack of motivation?

Why is low motivation a problem? After all, you’ve set yourself goals (or had them set for you), and you have stuff that needs doing in order to achieve them. So why does it seem so difficult to get motivated or stay motivated to achieve it?
