Posted by Mel on 28/03/2021 at 14:42OK folks. What motivates you when you’re faced with illness, injury or other setbacks? Or when something threatens your focus? How do you make sure you stay committed?

Good question. Having a focus on current position is always useful – not how things were/used to be. Changing goals and timescales and finding alternatives to usual training. Knowing that any situation wont last and you will come out the other side, potentially stronger from having dealt with the setback.
