    How do people cope with those training sessions, or particularly events, where things aren’t going to plan, everything feels like unbelievable hard work and the negative self talk is getting louder?

    What do you say or do to get your head back in the game??

    I think it’s really hard to nail every session. I’ve had times when calling it quits mid run is the best sect I’ve made. No point pushing on if your heads not in the game, you miss your goal by not doing 1 sessions.

    Press the reset and start again another day or just change the session into an easy run to help the reset
